Improving the business operations of SUPRA INFORMATIKA d.o.o. through the implementation of ISO 20000-1 certification.
As part of a project aimed at strengthening competitiveness and business internationalization, SUPRA INFORMATIKA d.o.o. is implementing the project "Improving IT Service Management through the Implementation of the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 Standard," with project code PK.1.3.04.0101.
The project aims to increase the company's international competitiveness by standardizing and improving IT service management through the implementation of the internationally recognized ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 standard. By implementing and certifying an IT service management system, the company will ensure a higher level of service quality, efficiency, and reliability, while strengthening its position in both domestic and international markets.
The project encompasses activities related to management system certification against the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 standard, project management, and the implementation of project promotion and visibility activities.
Its implementation will contribute to increased business revenue, growth in turnover and exports, and the improvement of organizational processes through the establishment of an internationally recognized IT service management system.
The target groups that will be affected by the project are the company's management and employees, existing and future users of IT services, and business partners who will benefit from improved management processes and higher-quality services.
The project is co-financed by the European Union under the call: "Support to enterprises for product certification and the implementation of management systems."
Cyber resilience diagnostics
The Supra Informatika Cyber Resilience Diagnostics project was implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Call for Proposals for Digitalization Vouchers (Reference number: NPOO.C1.1.2. R3-I2.02).
